| Falk Wisinger, founder
of City Investments, has the primary
responsibility for formulating, implementing
and guiding the firm’s
investment and development strategies.
This includes identifying targeted asset types, acquisition strategies, operating partners, financing and exit strategies. Additionally, he supervises the firm's operations in all its target markets. Before founding City Investments, Mr. Wisinger worked for Sodipierre Finance, a Paris based private equity group where he focused on the strategic development of the firm and on its fund raising activities for a €10 million real estate opportunity fund. Prior to working for Sodipierre, Mr. Wisinger served as a project manager and senior engineer for Bilfinger+Berger, one of Europe’s largest building and construction groups, on special board assignments and projects throughout Europe and Asia totalling € 1.3 billion. During his tenure at Bilfinger+Berger, Mr. Wisinger also invented and patented a building system that the company subsequently employed successfully.
